Rome With A View

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz of Campari
  • 1 oz of dry vermouth
    • Optional: Swap with Grays Peak Vodka for a stronger drink)
  • 1 oz of lime juice
  • ¾ oz of simple syrup
  • Soda water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with orange wheel.
