Dark and Stormy

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Dark Rum
  • 3 ounces of Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

Directions:

Pour rum over ice. Add ginger beer and lime juice, stir. Garnish with lime wheel. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda. Garnish each with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
