Mint Julep
Ingredients
- Fresh mint
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- Club soda
- 5 oz bourbon
- Crushed ice
Directions:
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a rocks or Tom Collins glass and top with sugar. Muddle these together until the leaves begin to break down. Add a splash of club soda. Fill the glass ¾ with crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with another splash of club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
