Sherry, also becoming more known as Jerez, is one of the top fortified wines of Spain. It typically ranges from dry to sweet, also oxidative and non-oxidative. This variety is best served chilled with a tulip glass, as known as a copita. Due to its bold and unique flavoring, Sherry is becoming more and more incorporated in mixology. Its primary flavors include jackfruit, saline, preserved lemon, brazil nut and almonds.
