Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- heavy cream, slightly whipped
Directions:
Fill mug with coffee until it is ¾ full. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Blend in Irish whiskey. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over the back of a spoon. Serve hot.
