Jack Frost

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 4oz cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 2oz cup Charles Regnier Blue Curacao
  • 2oz cup Crooked Bay Silver Rum
  • 2oz cup cream of coconut
  • corn syrup and coconut (for garnish)

Directions:

Rim glasses with corn syrup, then dip rims in coconut, if desired. In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
