Jack Frost
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 4oz cup chilled pineapple juice
- 2oz cup Charles Regnier Blue Curacao
- 2oz cup Crooked Bay Silver Rum
- 2oz cup cream of coconut
- corn syrup and coconut (for garnish)
Directions:
Rim glasses with corn syrup, then dip rims in coconut, if desired. In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
