Cherry Gin Smash
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 oz Gray’s Peak Gin
- 6 pitted cherries
- 1 t sugar
- ½ oz lime juice
- Ginger ale
Optional Ingredients:
- Lime wedge for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the cherries and sugar. Muddle until the sugar is broken down. Add the lime juice and gin, and then shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of ginger ale and garnish with a lime wedge.
Firecracker Margarita
- Stir 1 oz. absinthe
- 1.5 oz. P&M Peach Bellini
- 3 oz. chilled prosecco
Stir 1 oz. absinthe and 1.5 oz. P&M Peach Bellini over ice.
Strain into a chilled champagne flute and fill with 3 oz. chilled
prosecco.
