Strawberry-Mint Sparkler
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 5 strawberries, sliced
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 oz Mark One Vodka
- 2 ½ oz club soda
Optional Ingredients:
- Lime wheel, mint or strawberry for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine strawberries, simple syrup and lime juice. Muddle until the strawberries are completely dissolved. Add mint leaves and gently tap five times with muddler. Add vodka to shaker and fill 2/3 with ice. Shake until well chilled. Fill a glass with ice and add club soda. Strain cocktail into glass and stir gently. Garnish with lime, mint or strawberry if desired.
Lemon Ginger Bourbon Fizz
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 oz Cooper’s Mark Bourbon
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 2 oz club soda
Optional Ingredients:
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Directions:
In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice and some ice. Shake until well combined. Pour the mixture into a glass with ice. Top with the ginger beer and club soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon wedge if desired.
Aged Rum Manhattan
Ingredients:
- Ice
- Porteño 8 Year Rum
- 1 oz Versasi Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes bitters
Optional Ingredients:
- Orange twist for garnish
Directions:
In a glass half-filled with ice, add the rum, vermouth and bitters. Stir for 20 seconds. Add an orange twist for garnish if desired.
French 75
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 oz Gray’s Peak Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 t sugar
- Montelliana Prosecco
Optional Ingredients:
- Lemon spiral and cocktail cherry for garnish
Directions:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar until well chilled. Strain into champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Stir gently and garnish if desired.
