Jamaican Swizzle
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 ½ oz Ten Penny Rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
Optional Ingredients:
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake. Strain ingredients into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice until it’s over-flowing. Garnish with mint if desired.
Sparkling Cosmo
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 4 oz Powell & Mahoney Cosmopolitan
- 2 oz Gran Duca Prosecco
Optional Ingredients:
- Blueberries or lime twist for garnish
Directions:
Pour Powell & Mahoney Cosmopolitan over ice in glass. Top with sparkling wine of choice. Garnish with fruit if desired.
Meyer Lemon Fizz
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1-2oz Gray’s Peak Meyer Lemon Vodka
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Club soda
Optional Ingredients:
- Lemon slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions:
Pour vodka and simple syrup over ice in glass. Stir gently to combine. Top with club soda. Garnish with slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary if desired.
Bee’s Knees
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 oz Gray’s Peak Gin
- ¾ oz honey syrup (honey + water)
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Optional Ingredients:
- Lemon twist for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker, shake until cold and frosty, and strain into a glass.
