Alfonso XIII Highball
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz of Dubonnet Rouge
- 1 ½ oz of fino or dry sherry
- Optional: For a stiffer drink, cut the sherry in half and replace with gin
- ¾ oz of gin
- ¾ oz of fino or dry sherry
- 3 oz of soda water
- Optional: For a stiffer drink, cut the sherry in half and replace with gin
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass over ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with a lemon twist.
