Vodka Collins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz vodka
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 splash club soda .

Optional Ingredients:

  • Orange slice and/or maraschino cherry

Directions:

Pour the vodka, lemon juice and syrup in a Collins glass with ice cubes. Stir thoroughly. Top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
